Every industry has their veterans — individuals who have not only built prolific careers in their domain, but have also helped shape the direction of their industry entirely. For the world of web design and development, Jeffrey Zeldman is one of those pioneers.
Jeffrey has been working in the web design industry for more than 20 years. He is the founder of and frequent contributor to A List Apart Magazine, where he publishes countless thought-provoking articles about the future of web design and front-end development. He’s also the co-founder of both A Book Apart — a publishing company that creates brief books written by prolific web designers like Chris Coyier and Dan Mall — and An Event Apart, a design conference series that educates and inspires the web professionals of today.
When Jeffrey isn’t writing about the web design industry (or changing it), he’s working in it. He’s founded and worked for several web design studios, most recently including studio.zeldman. These experiences have allowed him to not only understand what it takes to become a great web designer, but also what is needed to run a profitable web design business.
The list could go on, but needless to say, Jeffrey Zeldman is someone who’s made his mark on the web design industry. That’s why we’re excited to announce our upcoming Shopify Partner Session webinar: A Fireside Chat With Jeffrey Zeldman.
In this free, interactive webinar hosted by Shopify Partners, you’re invited to join us for an AMA (ask me anything) session with Jeffrey, where we’ll be exploring a variety of topics, including web standards 101, working with design clients of all sizes, and what it takes to grow a successful web design agency.
This must-attend webinar was hosted Wednesday, November 9 at 1:00PM EST (10:00AM PST / 5:00PM UTC).
While we’ll take most of the questions live during the webinar, feel free to ask Jeffrey anything you want in the comments section below – or tweet your questions to @ShopifyPartners.
